Summary

Gill Associates was appointed as Quantity Surveyor to assist with the transformation of existing redundant office space into modern facilities for Coroners Court proceedings. Working within Local authority governance, the Client’s Project Manager was kept informed and updated by way of monthly meetings and detailed cost reporting. Work was carried out in a functioning environment around existing occupied offices with minimal disruption.
