Summary

Built close to Mid Summer Common in the centre of Cambridge this project was a challenge logistically and financially. The community required a building of significant quality to honour its purpose whilst being paid for from community raised funds. Gill Associates were able to assist the client and their designers to value engineer and procure the project within the budget available. Gill Associates were also able to provide innovative solutions to cashflow challenges and were required to justify the expenditure to a committee style employer via monthly cost reports and meetings both pre and post contract.
