Summary

Gill Associates provided Quantity Surveying services for the Contractor developing this high specification head office in Felixstowe. After intially providing detailed cost plans to test design and budget proposals we drafted Contractors Proposals for use under the Design and Build Contract. Applications for payment were produced on behalf of the Contractor for issue to the Employers Agent which included liaison with subcontractors and suppliers.
