Summary

The client; an international manufacturing company, sought to make maximum use of a split level site for added storage. Working with the client and design team, Gill Associates managed and procured on a Design and Build basis, a warehouse situated over an under croft car park to make more effective use of the site. This provided the client with added value and a cost effective solution in response to a difficult site.
