Summary

Gill Associates was appointed as Quantity Surveyor at inception to cost plan, tender and cost control a significant redevelopment of existing school sites in Lowestoft. The scheme, constructed whilst the sites continued to function, required close liaison with the design team and contractor.  Regular cost reports using NEC methodology ensured the Client was aware of budget issues in advance of decisions being made.
