Built close to the A14 in Ipswich, this new rescue and rehoming centre provides high quality facilities to enable the Blue Cross Charity to relocate and expand on their exisitng operations in Felixstowe.

Gill Associates provided full Cost Consultancy services from cost plan, through a two stage procurement and throughout the works on site. We worked closely with the Architects, the charity and their project managers to ensure the client received regular cost reports and achieved maximum value in the spending of charitable monies.
