Built in a prominent position overlooking the North Sea, this new care home provides residents with high quality facilities including catering and a cinema room. Gill Associates provided full Cost Consultancy services from cost plan, through tender and throughout works on site. We worked closely with the Architect to ensure the client received regular cost reports to ensure funding was in place and any proposed variations were fully assessed in advance.
