 Close to their separate existing premises this new facility was built to enable the practices to merge offering a larger high quality bespoke facility for an increased number of staff and patients.

Gill Associates provided guidance to the Doctors through the design and procurement process followed by monitoring on site to ensure all that was promised within the development agreement was delivered on time and to the highest quality. We provided assistance to the Doctors to ensure that their obligations within the development agreement were fulfilled within time and with full and proper consideration of the practice’s needs.
