Summary

Neptune Marina comprises over 100 private apartments along with commercial and basement parking. Built adjacent to the Ipswich waterfront, Gill Associates was appointed by developers Redrow as both Project Manager and Quantity Surveyors. Working closely with the Client and landowner we acted as a focal point culminating in an impressive development within the marina.
