Summary

Bridge School provides multi million pound facilities on an existing school site in outer Ipswich. Using CLT framing the build programme was minimised to reduce disruptuion to the adjacent school buildings. Gill Asscocites worked closely with the Architect and Contractor to agree costs during a two stage tender process and provided regular cost updates throughout.
