Summary

Following many years of problems with the roof of this iconic Ipswich building, Gill Associates were very pleased to be asked by Ipswich Borough Council to assist as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, to identify a solution.

Having assembled a team to re-design and re-cover this roof, we were delighted to execute this project, completing ahead of programme, under budget and with minimal impact on the theatre’s operations.
